Founded in 1954, Greenwald Industries helped create and nurture what is known today as the coin-operated laundry industry. At the outset of the commercial laundry business, operators purchased ordinary washers and dryers, then ordered and installed coin-operating equipment on site. Greenwald was instrumental in convincing several washer and dryer manufacturers to produce special units for commercial laundries. To this day, we are proud to have among our customers and partners such well-known companies as General Electric, Maytag, Speed Queen and Whirlpool. Because of our combined efforts, the coin operated laundry industry has flourished, providing a valuable service to consumers across the land who, at one time or another, need common laundry facilities. From initiation, Greenwald products have been widely respected for their quality, durability and dependability.

Money Boxes

The thick flanged back-plate provides additional protection for a direct attack. We offer a wide choice of locks from standard to high-security, and many unique sizes to fit metercase variations.

Greenwald Industries’ 4100 Series Coin Drops’ unique design allows the drop to be highly selective to assure proper coin acceptance. Stainless-steel face plate and all-steel construction are engineered to exacting original equipment manufacturer standards.

Greenwald Industries’ 5000 and 5900 Series Timers offer an easy solution to increase or decrease time settings on electrical appliances.

The 5000 Series model is a slide activated timer that accumulates time with each coin slide push. For use with:

The 5900 Series models – the exclusive QuarterMasters by Greenwald , are coin-activated electromechanical timers that accept most currency including international coinage. Different timing CAMs allow almost any time interval. Choice of Round or Square face.
